Retuns/Exchange

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and providing excellent customer service is extremely important to us.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order (ie additional measurements).   We're happy to help!

Exchanges

Exchanges are made for instock items only, or store credit can be issued.  Please contact us at blissonstate@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to exchange.  We will forward you information on how to proceed.  Once an exchange is made the exchange cannot be returned again for either refund or exchange.  Please review the returns below to verify the product you are retuning meets our return guideline.

Returns

-Returns must be received within 30 days of orginal purchase date.

-All packages must include a RMA (Return Merchadise Authorization) number.

-Returned items must be in the orginal condition (unwashed, unaltered, and unworn) and MUST include orginal tags, packaging and orginal receipt.

-Sale items are final.

-Final Sale on all hair accessories, jewelry, leggings/tights.  No exception.

Please verify the product you are returning meets the guidelines above and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of processing your return.  If a returned item does not meet the above rules, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at Bliss Salon and Boutique's sole discretion.

Refunds are issued back to the orginal form of payment and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Contact us (blissonstate@gmail.com) to obtain RMA (Return Merchadise Authorization).  Returns made without the RMA will no be accepted.

2. After receiving your RMA please pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope/box and send it to the address provided.

When sending the package back

-Please make sure the RMA number is on the outside of the package and the orginal receipt is included.

For your protection, we reccomend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.  Bliss Salon and Boutique is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.  Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by customer, and are non-refundable.

International Returns

Please follow the same directions for domestic returns.
